RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations must be confirmed via deposit
Children of all ages are allowed to stay
To make a reservation guests must be 18 years and over
Deposit of 50% on bookings 2 nights or more, at the time of booking
Deposit of 100% on 1-night bookings, at the time of booking
Additional guests (12 years and over) – $40 USD per night, per person
Children 0 – 2 yrs stay FREE
Children 3 – 11 yrs $15 USD per child, per night
Damage deposit of $75.00 USD will be charged at check-in on all on all bookings

Check-In 3:00 P.M and Check-Out 11:00 A.M

Should you require an early Check-in or late Check-out, please notify out Front Desk Team prior to your arrival or departure as this may incur an additional cost and is based on availability,

CANCELLATION POLICY
FREE cancellation must be done 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation penalty on bookings 2 nights or more – 50% of the total.
Cancellation penalty on 1 night bookings – 100% of the nightly rate.

NO SHOW penalty – 50% on bookings 2 nights or more or 100% on one night bookings.

Unused room nights are non-refundable. (some exceptions may be considered)

Should you need to cancel your reservation or change your accommodation dates, please notify our front desk team as soon as possible to avoid cancellation/No Show penalties.

DAY PASS RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
FREE Cancellation – 48 hours prior to arrival date.
Cancellation penalty – 100% of the cost.
Day passes are non-transferable.

A BIT ON ATTRACTIONS

Our Island has plenty of places of interest both land and sea. We can organize island tours to places of interest on the island, like the famous Harrison Cave (winner of the CTO award for excellence), Bathsheba “Soup Bowl” which was ranked by world surf champion “Kelly Slater” as one of his most favorite surfing locations, in addition we are blessed with natural wonders and beauty at “the animal Flower Cave”. The Animal Flower Cave should be considered one of the world’s wonders. This amazing cave opens directly into the Atlantic Ocean and is the island’s lone accessible sea cave. On calm days you can swim in the natural rock pools in the cave or perhaps take a look at the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean through the windows to the ocean (cave openings). For a change of pace, a day time party cruise, a romantic sunset cruise or take a ride on the submarine for your enjoyment on the sea. Let’s not forget festivals, our island has a variety, each with its cultural, historical and fun.
